What is the process to hire your services?
Call or email us with details about your project including exact location, date, time, purpose and camera requirements.  Once we review those details, we will email you an estimate for approval. We do require full payment at the end of the shooting day.

Is your crew FAA licensed?
Yes, we only use FAA licensed crew.

Is flying drones commercially against the law? 
No. Under the FAA’s Part 107 commercial drone operation is 100% legal.

How far can you fly?
Short answer: We must always maintain line of sight with the aircraft.
Long answer: 2500ft

What happens if it rains on our shooting day?
We definitely do not fly in the rain or high winds. We can alway reschedule due to weather conditions prior shooting day.

Do you fly over crowds?
For safety reasons we never fly over groups of people unaware of our drones. When we do fly over people and we advise everyone so they can be aware.  Normally great shots are still possible from a safe offset distance.

How do you charge?
Our rates are project-based and vary according to the complexity of the task.

Do you provide aerial photo/video services internationally?
Yes, we are equipped to fly worldwide.  Due to the large size of our aircraft, we ship our equipment via airfreight in custom designed Pelican Cases.  Our home base is Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Flying outside of the US requires we observe the flight regulations of the country we are visiting, as well special radio transmission regulations.

How do you know what you are filming?
All our drones have a real-time HD, 4K or higher video feed from the aerial camera to the ground.

What are the advantages of using a drone for Aerial  Video capture?
There is a precise 3-dimensional point that best presents an object being filmed or photographed from the air. Quite often this point is an oblique angle that can only be captured by our aircraft. For low to medium altitudes and in tight confined airspaces this is the method of choice. Our aircraft are less intrusive than full-size aircraft and is not subject to many of the same airspace restrictions. The risk to persons and property is also far less than full-size aircraft. Our aircraft uses less energy to perform the task and so has a smaller carbon footprint.

How high do you fly?
The FAA requires that we say under 400ft above the ground below the drone.
